Contact Form

When you use the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name or email address, a subject line, and your message. This data is transmitted via Web3Forms (a third-party form service) and delivered to info@gafacci.com.

Mailing List (Notepad)

If you choose to join the mailing list, we collect the name, email address, and location you provide. You must tick the consent checkbox before submitting. Your data is transmitted via Web3Forms to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@gafacci.com.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the site. These services collect: page URL, referrer, browser type, operating system, device type, country/region (derived from IP address), and anonymised visitor counts. No personally identifiable analytics data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Spotify Embed

When you click to load the Spotify player, your browser connects directly to Spotify’s servers. Spotify may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. Spotify’s use of your data is governed by Spotify’s Privacy Policy.

We do not set any first-party cookies. If you accept analytics, Vercel may use a hashed identifier for visitor counting. The Spotify embed (loaded only on your request) may set Spotify’s own cookies. 6. Data Retention

Contact form messages — retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years, then deleted.
Mailing list data — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics data — retained by Vercel per their data retention policy (typically 90 days to 1 year).

This site is operated from Ghana. Data submitted through forms is processed by Web3Forms and Vercel, which may process data in the United States and European Union. These transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.
